If the car is fully upgraded and has all the junkman parts, then it will be the best car because of the incredible top speed and acelerartion, you just need to tune its handling.

All around great car. Very responsive and good at the tight corners and it flies down the straights at great speeds. Top speed over 320mph when fully tuned. Still fast going through roadblocks and even fast after spikes.

Brilliant car, made better when fully kitted out. Can easily handle a hairpin at 100mph and can shoot down the straights. Fully kitted out, it can reach an easy 246mph on the Highways. When hit by spike strips, it can still get up to 190mph!
