Mia appears in Most Wanted, you meet her at the start of the game, she instantly sides with you and goes against Razor and his crew. She hooks you up with a safehouse and just generally helps you out throughout the game. In the end it turns out she is an undercover cop and she arrests Razor, Bull and Ronnie.
